Hong Kong - Functional Analyst - Oracle (B2B)
Responsibilities
- Liaise with external and internal parties on the project scope and requirement
- Accountable for the testing cycle such as prepare test plan, perform unit testing, co-ordinate system integration test, use acceptance test and end-to-end test with business users and development team
- Daily support on all EDI enquiries from internal users or external parties
- Provide extensive troubleshooting, proactively identifying issues and driving them to resolution
- With the understanding of Oracle ERP on daily business, work with development team to drive the solution to production
- Provide communication updates on change management status, risks and critical issues
Knowledge
- Degree holder in Computer Science or Operations Management or related
- With at least 4 years' experience in system analysis, such as Oracle ERP e-business suite implementation, and process re-engineering or programming experience, and preferably in electronics distribution or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in EDI standard (ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT)
- Knowledge in Oracle ERP
- Immediate available is preferred
Skills
- Positive attitude with strong problem solving skills
- Good at people management and with strong business sense
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
