Field Application Engineer
- Responsibility
-Maximize Design-In pipeline dollar value through continuously providing design-in supports to customer.
-Manage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design activity cycle
-Provide field application support to customers on all I/C products in the Markets of responsibility. Prepare detailed product specifications to support customer design requirements.
-Conduct product demonstrations.
- Requirements
-With an University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or its related field
-With at least 3 solid, proven years of providing technical application support or reference design experience
-With more than 3 years of experience as technical application support, may be considered for Senior Field Application Engineer position
-CET 4 or above
Field Sales Engineer
- Responsibility
-Strategic selling
-Setup maintain TEAM prior to Pre-Order Order Entry
-Customer profiling call reports, using CRM tool, for selected accounts
-Territory Account Management
-Customer Budgeting
-Multi-line selling
-Customer development/retention/penetration
-Volume Sales Agreements
-Credit Terms Application /or Renewals
-Strategic Backlog Management
- Requirements
-Must have a degree in Business / Business Management, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
-Must have no less than 2 years sales experience gained from the electronic Components
-Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry
-CET 4 or above
Technical Marketing Engineer
- Responsibility
-Research and Market Identification
-Research and identify end product markets which will lead the growth in local markets in each designated regions
-Identify key suppliers core chip and peripherals for the target end-equipment.
-Perform competitive analysis on selected end product market
Training and Promotion
-Provide training to Technical Sales, FSR, FAE, FM, SBM and all TME/TMM on the selected IDH solutions.
-Co-work with TSE, Field Marketing and Field Sales in Promoting and sell all IDH turn-key solutions to Arrows customers in each designated region
-Get supplier support and protection for the solutions and parts that Arrow brings in our customers.
- Requirements
-With an University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or its related field
-With at least 2 years experience in the technical field in the areas of design /or project management, 1 to 2 years in a technical sales or marketing role
-CET 4 or above
Product Marketing Engineer / Product Manager
- Responsibility
-Assist, when needed, in handling Request For Quotations for Bids Buys (Supplier side)
